Our popular PLANTS FOR A PURPOSE returned for a record-setting 2 day event on October 4th and 5th, 2025 Beautiful weather accompanied our most successful sale, which was made possible by generous plant and cuttings donated from several Howdy neighbors. Most exciting were the hand-painted flower pots from Saint Joe's Sharonville day program participants and staff--we have some great artists there! Needless to say, the pots went quickly... Thanks to so many of you, we again set a new proceeds record by raising nearly $1,100 for Saint Joe's for children and adults with disabilities. And of course, we greatly appreciate alReddy Cafe and Starbucks Blue Ash for again supporting this great event! To date, with your help, Plants for a Purpose has raised over $4,600 for disability services! See you again in the Spring... Choosing plants is sort of like speed dating--you are selecting the best plant "mate", and (whether you know it or not), they are checking you out as well!
